Clubhouse
The Lake Astoria clubhouse is available for rent to residents in good standing. Our clubhouse features a full kitchen, large sitting area with access to outdoor deck/grassy area, and private bathroom. Pool
The Lake Astoria pool is a half Olympic size (25 meters, 82 feet) and features a zero entry in the child area. There is also a small splash pad and fun fountains for children’s enjoyment. There is a covered picnic area that houses a first come, first serve gas grill.
Lake Astoria uses AMS Pools for our pool services. The pool will open May 2, 2020 and close September 7, 2020.
Lifeguard services will be provided at these times:
May 2 – 17 Weekends from 10:30am – 9:00pm
May 23 – August 5: Every day from 10:30am – 9:00pm
August 8 – September 7: Weekends from 10:30am – 9:00pm
Please review and abide by the Lake Astoria Pool Rules & Regulations found here:
- Pool hours are 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM seven days a week during open season.
- No running,pushing, "dunking", or "horse play" is permitted in the pool or pool area.
- No gum chewing is permitted in the pool.
- No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
- No animals or pets permitted in the pool or pool area.
- No one with a skin infection or communicable illness is permitted in the pool.
- No bicycles or skateboards are permitted inside the pool area.
- For sanitary reasons, non-toilet trained children must wear tightly fitted disposable diapers, cloth diapers with plastic pants, or swim diapers when using the pool.
- Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or child care provider (minimum 14 years of age). This person is responsible for the behavior and safety of the child or children in their care.
- Trash should be placed in containers provided in the pool area.
- Gas grills may be used only in the pavilion area and must be turned off immediately after use.
- Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool (no cut-off shorts).
- No food allowed in the pool. Food is not permitted within two feet of the pool's edge.
- "Adult swim" will be called at the top of the hour and last for ten minutes. During that unsupervised time segment, only adults (eighteen and older) are permitted in the pool.
- Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing the pool rules including the protection and preservation of pool property.
- Lifeguards may close the pool or pol area for reasons of health and safety. They may also clear the pool for brief intervals at their discretion.
- Only lifeguards, pool management representatives, and authorized Board members are allowed in the pool house.
- First aid kits are located in each bathroom.
- An emergency telephone is located outside the bathroom area.
- All pool guests must be accompanied by a Lake Astoria resident.
- Please rinse off before entering the pool.
- Excessive alcohol consumption in the pool area is not permitted Please be responsible in your actions.
If a resident should wish, at any time, to hold a special event at the pool, the resident must pay for additional lifeguards. They will need to contact AMS Pools directly for this service via the website www.amspoolsga.com.
The resident must notify AMS no less than seven (7) days prior to said event, or an additional rush fee of $25.00 will be added. The charges are $35.00 per hour per guard, with a minimum of two (2) hours per event. The guard per attendance ratio will be as follows:
- 1-30 persons 1 guard
- 31-60 persons 2 guards
- 61-100+ persons 3 guards

Tennis Courts
Lake Astoria has four regulation size tennis courts for resident’s enjoyment. To reserve a tennis court, go to ‘Amenities’ and then click on ‘Tennis Reservations.’ You can also access the link directly here:

Playground
Our playground features four swings, three slides, and a climbing area. We are in the process of renovating the playground area and hope to have it finalized by May 2020. As with any Lake Astoria amenity, a Lake Astoria resident MUST be present and accompany a non-resident.

Lake
Our 13 acre lake is stocked with bass fish and has two docks. Recreational fishing and non-motorized boats are welcome. As with any Lake Astoria amenity, a Lake Astoria resident MUST be present and accompany a non-resident at all times.
